goodness gracious. i don't even know where to start with these two.

brittany and evan are some of the most kind-hearted people i've been lucky enough to call my friends.

i've known brittany since freshman year at appalachian, because we were both in the photography program, but i didn't have the pleasure of meeting evan until flying out to wyoming!

when brittany first inquired, i knew, without a doubt, that we were supposed to work together. her eager emails and excitement for my photography were so special that i just had a gut feeling our time spent together would be wonderful. and in WYOMING! my mom used to visit out west with her mom, and she specifically loves jackson hole, so when i told her, she was beyond excited for me to experience the majesty that is that part of the us. we have plans to go back together this july :)

so, after several phone conversations, numerous excited emails exchanged, i hopped on a flight to wyoming to meet them and shoot their session! we were together for three days, and shot and explored the area they fell in love with during their short time out west. they showed me their favorite haunts, beautiful (and i mean BEAUTIFUL) sunrises, more bull moose than is considered normal (seriously, they said i was like, a bull moose luck charm or something), and so many delicious meals! i left with such a full heart. anyone who knows brittany and evan know that time with them is intentional, easy, and just full of excitement. (also, totally worth noting: evan was a nature guide and literally the most knowledgable person i've ever met in my life about anything you could ever want to know. they were the best people to take me around jackson hole, for sure!)

i'll save a little bit of their story for their wedding post (they get married this june at the beautiful black mountain sanctuary!) - but definitely pull up a chair and have fun looking through our three days together!
