if you follow me on social media, you've probably seen that we (meaning bunch collective and i) hosted a giveaway not too long ago for a free session. maggie & jake won and we finally had their shoot tonight. the last of three for me this weekend and all i have to say is: holy moly. meet maggie & jake and prepare yourselves for how awesome they are. here are a couple of sneaks until their big reveal in a couple of months.

DAY AFTER SESSION // ASHLEY & GRAY // MORNING GLORY FARMS

I had the ultimate pleasure of shooting my sister's best friend's day-after wedding pictures! As it goes, it didn't work out for me to shoot their wedding, but I wanted to have the chance to have these two in front of my camera at least once, so they made the trip back from Winston the morning after their wedding to do a quick session at my favorite Morning Glory Farms (thanks SO MUCH, Nan!) Ashley and Gray are literally a match made in Heaven. They're beautiful (inside and out), kind-hearted, welcoming and gentle souls who love everyone around them to the ends of the earth. Oh, and that pile of letters? From Gray to Ashley on the days leading up to their wedding.. she read them (and I'm assuming WEPT) the morning of their wedding day. Did I mention thoughtful on their long list of adjectives to describe these two?

MINI-SESSION // STEPH // CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA

I can't say enough about Steph. She's beautiful, inside and out (which I happen to think you'll agree with once you see these pictures) - she's got the best sense of humor and isn't afraid to be bold and let's face it - she's SUPER sexy. She's a carefree badass and totally humble. She doesn't realize how fantastic she is.

I don't know, there's just something about her sweet soul that I adore and I'm so thankful that she continues to want me to document her life in the best way I can offer, year after year.

MARRIED // AMBER & BLAINE // DENNIS VINEYARD WINERY

I had the priviledge of being a part of the team to document Amber and Blaine's beautiful, cozy day. They're a gorgeous couple, inside and out and it was truly a celebration of two souls uniting, not just a beautiful wedding. My sweet friend Diane of Spanglish Studios was the primary shooter!
